The Aveiro municipality’s most recent museum space has its origins in the collection of Aveiro doctor Hermes de Oliveira Castanhas and the Dr. Hermes House-Museum, his private museum created in the 1990s in Aradas. Inaugurated in October 2024, it is open to the public from Tuesday to Friday and one Saturday a month, in an initial soft opening phase.<\/p>\n
