🥦 As part of NUTRIR—the Food Literacy Program—São Jacinto Elementary School, part of the Aveiro School District, participated in a session focused on discovering healthy eating habits.
Through hands-on activities and challenges, students were invited to think about what they eat on a daily basis and how small choices can contribute to a more balanced life 🍎✨
With enthusiasm and curiosity, they explored essential concepts in a simple and fun way, reinforcing the importance of paying attention to nutrition from an early age.
An experience that combines learning and participation, encouraging more conscious and healthy behaviors both inside and outside of school.
NUTRIR is the result of a partnership between the Casa Hermes Foundation, NOVA Medical School, and Costa Nova.
