AveiroTV covered the inaugural activity of the partnership established by the Casa Hermes Foundation and ITAU – Technical Institute of Human Nutrition. The institutions have established a partnership to develop a set of activities aimed at promoting active ageing, health and well-being among the senior population of Aveiro.
The programme is aimed at users accompanied by Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Aveiro, the beneficiary of this initiative.
The first session took place at the headquarters of the Casa Hermes Foundation in Aveiro. The inaugural activity was an artistic workshop inspired by the Christmas season, kicking off a 12-week cycle dedicated to creativity, memory and well-being.
