We welcomed two young women from the Castro Daire School Group as part of the ‘Discovering Interests’ activity of the CLDS 5G Create Challenge project, coordinated and implemented by ADRIMAG (Association for Rural Development of the Montemuro, Arada and Gralheira Mountains).
This initiative, which takes place during the summer school holidays, aims to bring secondary school students closer to the professional areas they are interested in, through visits and experiences in a real-life context. In addition to clarifying doubts and expectations about the future, it also promotes the development of personal and social skills.
In the case of these young women, their curiosity about the field of health brought them to Skope, where they had the opportunity to explore the history of medicine, reflect on lifestyle habits and discover new perspectives on this universe.
It was a pleasure to welcome this group and be part of a project that inspires choices, broadens horizons and brings young people closer to their vocations.
