Sleeping well, exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet are fundamental pillars of a healthy life.
But knowing this isn’t enough – the real challenge is putting this knowledge into practice on a daily basis.

The group was invited to reflect on their lifestyles and, during their visit to the museum, they explored how health and healthy habits have been thought of throughout history.

Through practical dynamics and moments of sharing, each participant identified small steps to live in a more conscious and balanced way.

It was a pleasure to welcome everyone.
