Skope – Museum of Medicine and Health hosted another session of the “Protecting Yourself is in Your Hands” programme, a project by the Casa Hermes Foundation, aimed at students enrolled in the Electrical Installation Technician and Electronics, Automation and Control Technician vocational courses at the Aveiro Vocational School (EPA).
Aimed at secondary and vocational students, this programme reinforces health literacy, deepening knowledge about sexually transmitted infections (STIs), prevention and safe behaviours – always with a clear, open and unbiased approach.
The session provided an environment for dialogue and participation, allowing students to clarify doubts, reflect on health practices and understand the impact of individual choices on collective well-being.
We thank everyone for their availability and involvement.
Another initiative where science, education and responsibility go hand in hand.
