Throughout January, we welcomed more than 300 visitors, who took part in various educational and cultural activities, transforming the museum into a lively space for meeting, learning and sharing.
Despite the rain and wind that marked many of these days, curiosity and the desire to participate prevailed.
Among the initiatives carried out were school visits under the protocol signed with the Aveiro City Council, bringing students closer to the history of medicine and the importance of health literacy.
In the programme ‘Protecting is in Your Hands’, dedicated to Sexually Transmitted Infections, we had the collaboration of doctors from the Aradas Family Health Unit, whose contribution has been essential in providing clear and reliable information to young people.
In ‘Culture that Cares’, developed in partnership with ITAU – Technical Institute of Human Nutrition, and aimed at participants from Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Aveiro, we continued to promote moments of stimulation of well-being and socialising.
The Casa Hermes Foundation would like to thank all the schools, institutions, professionals and partners who were part of this journey in a month when the weather gave us no respite.
Our doors remain open to welcome everyone!
