Talking openly, clarifying doubts and promoting informed choices were at the heart of the information session on sexually transmitted infections, held with students from the Education and Sports Assistant Technician course at Esgueira Secondary School.

Throughout the activity, topics related to the prevention of sexually transmitted infections, the importance of accurate information and the role of each person in protecting their health were addressed in an environment of listening and participation.

These sessions, aimed at secondary school and vocational course students, are part of the ongoing work of the Casa Hermes Foundation to promote health literacy within the school community.

The ‘Protecting is in your Hands’ project remains available to secondary schools and vocational courses that wish to join this initiative.
