In this session, photography/images served as a starting point for conversations, laughter, shared memories and emotions.
Each image opened up space for storytelling, reinforcing identities and creating connections — because remembering is also a form of caring.
The meeting ended with a special moment: the completion of the painting of the Jogo do Galo pieces started in the previous Art Workshop session, extending the creative process and strengthening the feeling of continuity and belonging.
The session ended with an excellent snack prepared by the Aveiro Professional Training School in Tourism!
This is a project by the Casa Hermes Foundation and ITAU – Technical Institute of Human Nutrition, carried out with users of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Aveiro.
Thank you to our partners for their involvement and trust in this programme, which puts culture, education and care at the service of well-being and active ageing.
Together, we take care of life.
