Notes
Groups of children aged 10 or over must be accompanied by a responsible adult for every 10 visitors.
Groups with children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for every 6 visitors.
Useful information
- The tour is adapted for visitors with reduced mobility
- The content is available in two languages: Portuguese and English
- 30 free lockers are available (A=40 cm | L=40 cm | P=40 cm)
- First aid equipment is available
- The museum has a café, shop and free parking
Other observations
- It is not possible to store luggage larger than the size of the locker
- Minors (under 18 years) must be accompanied by an adult
- Group leaders and people accompanying the groups must remain with the groups during the activities
- Mobile phones must be muted throughout the visit
- Filming and flash photography are not permitted
- Smoking is not permitted in the building (including e-cigarettes)
- No eating or drinking is permitted inside the museum
- No pets allowed, except guide dogs
- A complaints book is available in both physical and electronic formats
- The building is monitored by closed-circuit television and images are recorded
